Haitian American born in Cap Haitian,
Haiti. Born in a family of thirteen children, he was the
second to last child his mother had, born premature at 6
months, but God knew him at this time and knew what would
become of him. He was born in a Christian household where
his father was a preacher and his mother a woman of God.

He left
Haiti in April 1980 to go to New York where he would later
meet Nirva Paul. Soon after, he later married Nirva
Paul and she gave birth to three children; Marc, David and
Jennifer who are all currently working in the ministry.
Bishop was ordained by Rev. Dorisca Lamatine, pastor of the
Bethesda Baptist church in Brooklyn NY. He graduated in 1983
from the Bronx Bible Institute with a B.A. in theology. In
1990 he was called to give birth to Premiere Eglise D’
Apocalypse where it started with 15 members in a living
room. It now stands as a mega church in Queens Village with
over 2000 members. It is known as the Healing and
Restoration center, it is one of the most popular and
powerful Haitian churches in our community.
Bishop’s ministry is not
limited to only his congregation but reaches out to his
Television show Ministry Christ Est La Reponse
(Christ is the Answer) and radio station).
